Tiki Bar

The “Sand y Spring” Cantina is a fun place to relax and have fun.  The garage has been converted to a great Tiki Bar that contains a wet bar, flat screen TV (for watching DVD/VCR movies), dart board and a separate table for board or card games.  The closet in room #1 is full of board games so you don’t have to bring your own.  And there are several “Scene It” DVD games in the Living Room.

The garage door raises and is enclosed by a removable screen.  Dual ceiling fans keep the room circulating and cool in the summer.  There is also a washer and dryer in the garage.  You will find it hard to leave this great party and entertaining room.
