Guest room 1 has a full/queen size bed.  A ceiling fan keeps sleeping comfortable and new windows can be opened to let the fresh summer air in.  Closet with shelving and hangers is available.  Linens are new.

Sandy Spring is in a great location!  You can walk to just about everything in Port Austin.  The property is large with plenty of parking.  The 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom house is newly renovated and cheerfully decorated with casual, modern furniture.  The tiki bar is a great place to hang out and there is also a large deck, hammock, BBQ grill and fire pit.  There's even a washer and dryer on site and AC.
