The living room is spacious, bright and cozy with new furniture and large flat screen TV with FREE cable and wi-fi.  There is also a stereo to enhance your movie watching experience or you can listen to Comcast music channels.  Spend the afternoon relaxing and reading a book or watching movies on rainy days.

Sandy Spring is in a great location!  You can walk to just about everything in Port Austin.  The property is large with plenty of parking.  The 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom house is newly renovated and cheerfully decorated with casual, modern furniture.  The tiki bar is a great place to hang out and there is also a large deck, hammock, BBQ grill and fire pit.  There's even a washer and dryer on site and AC.
